Paid orders are processed and packed within 3 business days from the date of payment on the website.
Please note: during sale periods, processing and dispatch times may be extended.
If you select the try-before-you-buy option without prepayment, no more than 5 items will be delivered.
This number may increase or decrease over time based on your purchase history.

Our manager will notify you at the time of confirmation if the number of selected items exceeds the current limit.

Courier Delivery
· Delivery time: within 1–3 days after placing your order
· Brand courier service includes the option to try items on upon delivery
· Delivery fee is non-refundable in case of order refusal
· Brand courier delivery is available only within Baku
